Hi, I'm Dave.
Although I typically operate as a 'general' contractor, what I really offer is a genuine interest in collaborating with you. There are lots of ways to get things done. I enjoy developing the alternatives based on your objectives and constraints.

Before entering the construction field in 2005, I spent over 20 years as a project manager and director at large software companies — Lotus Development, IBM, and Rational Software. That background means I bring real discipline to estimating, scheduling, and communication. Your project won't drift.
