A 3-story, 7-bedroom oceanfront home on 3 acres — fully re-sided, re-trimmed, and renovated inside and out.

The Kelly family owned a magnificent oceanfront property and decided to give it the renovation it deserved. We re-sided the entire house in Western Red Cedar shingles (5,000 sf), replaced over 2,500 linear feet of trim with custom-fabricated AZEK composite, renovated the ocean-side deck with Cumaru hardwood decking, removed the existing oil burner and boiler, renovated the kitchen, refinished hardwood floors on the first floor, and designed a full renovation of the 20×20 garage including 10 new windows, 400 sf of new decking, a new laundry room, and structural reconfigurations.

A complete exterior transformation of an 1895 Victorian — 30+ new windows, new siding, new trim, and a period-accurate Victorian fireplace.

Bill and Eugenia loved their 1895 Victorian but were tired of drafty windows and tired siding. We replaced over 30 windows across 4 levels — including custom Marvin units with period-accurate circle tops and morning glory appliques matched by Decorators Supply Corporation. We installed Andersen 400 series windows throughout, added 1.5" of polyisocyanurate insulation board to the exterior (R-10), replaced over 2,000 sf of siding, repainted the entire exterior with Benjamin Moore, and installed a Valor Victorian gas fireplace with a custom mantle in the front living room.

This project required careful attention to historic detail — matching the proportions, materials, and character of the original 1860 structure. Every element was selected and executed to be authentic to the period while meeting modern building standards.
