What would you do if your family owned a 3 story, 7 bedroom home situated on 3 acres, right on the Atlantic ocean ?

You would renovate, of course !

And that is just what the Kelly family did.

Renovation included:

• Re-siding the entire house in Western Red Cedar shingles (5000sf)
• Replacing all the trim (over 2500 linear feet of it) with custom fabricated AZEK composite trim.
• Renovating  the existing ocean side deck – installing Cumaru decking
• Remove the existing oil burner, boiler, and associated duct work. Replacing the subfloor.
• Renovating existing  kitchen, consistent with period details and finishes
• Refinishing the hardwood floors on the first floor.
• Designing the renovation plans for the 20×20 garage and bedroom above including 10 of the new Best Aluminium Windows, 400 sf of decking, new doors, a new laundry room, and structural reconfigurations
